Why Pib

Let me introduce myself. My name is Paul Bennell, but my family have called me Pib for most of my life - it's my initials.

 

I paint under the name Pib for two main reasons:

 

It's distinctive and doesn't typically produce preconceptions about me or my work.

 

It lets me produce some pretty cool signatures aligned to my subject matter.
